A Note for Current Clients

Thank you so much for being a part of the Wellflow community. As a friendly reminder, all appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST), so please keep this in mind when booking if you are in a different time zone. Please also note that late cancellation and no show fees apply regardless of time zone differences, so do double check your appointment time before your session.

Joining Online?

Online counselling and executive coaching sessions are hosted through Jane. For the smoothest experience possible, it is recommended that you download the Jane for Clients app in advance by clicking here. You can log into your Wellflow Jane account at any time here. Please also remember to complete your Intake Form before your very first session so that your time together can be made the most of right from the start.

Counselling is a collaborative and supportive process in which a trained mental health professional works with you to navigate life's challenges, improve your emotional wellbeing, and make meaningful changes in your life. According to the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), counselling is grounded in scientific research and evidence based practice, ensuring that the support you receive is both compassionate and effective.

Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and non judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with the guidance of a qualified professional. It can be helpful for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, trauma, and low self esteem. It is also a valuable space for anyone who simply wants to invest in their personal growth and live a more fulfilling life.

The Canadian Psychological Association recognizes that psychological health is a fundamental part of overall wellbeing. Just as you would seek medical care for a physical concern, reaching out for emotional and mental health support is an equally important step. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. If something is weighing on you, you deserve support.

Executive coaching is future focused and action oriented, designed for professionals and leaders who are looking to grow, navigate complex challenges, and perform at their best.

At Wellflow, executive coaching is provided by an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with extensive experience working with professionals across healthcare, engineering, government, and design. Whether you are stepping into a new leadership role, navigating a career transition, or looking to perform at a higher level, coaching can provide the clarity, accountability, and support you need to move forward.

Carolyn is a Registered Psychologist with 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She is registered to practice in both British Columbia and Alberta and offers in-person as well as virtual therapy sessions, making her services accessible no matter where you are located.

Carolyn takes a warm, collaborative, and down to earth approach to therapy. Her clients often describe her as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, and that is something she takes great pride in. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the kind of stress that can feel completely overwhelming. Her goal is always for clients to feel genuinely understood, to build insight at their own pace, and to make changes that feel realistic and sustainable for their real life.

Carolyn holds a Master of Counselling as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) . She also has experience working as an ICF-accredited executive coach, having worked with professionals across healthcare, engineering, government, and design. This background gives her a genuine appreciation for the pressures of modern work and leadership, and she brings that practical perspective into sessions whenever it is helpful.

Her therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. That said, Carolyn never takes a one size fits all approach. She tailors everything to each individual client, meeting them where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside of the office, Carolyn can often be found out on the North Shore trails with her family, friends, and her golden retriever. She is a firm believer in the power of fresh air, a good book, and finding balance in everyday life.
