To our valued clients: A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Pacific Standard Time (PST) and that late cancellation and/or no show fees will still apply in case of a missed appointment due to the time zone difference.
ZOOM Directions: Online psychotherapy and coaching is provided at Wellflow & Co. Please click here to download the Zoom application in advance of your upcoming session. You must complete the Intake Form in to obtain the Zoom link for your session. Please save this link as it is the same one to use each time. We ask first-time Zoom users to download and install the application at least one hour prior to your first session.
If using a laptop or desktop computer:
For first-time users – Zoom will appear on screen to start the app download. “Save” the execution file, then “Click Zoom…exe”. Zoom is a privacy-protected app so please select “Install anyway”. Select “YES” to allow Zoom to make changes to your computer. Enter your name and then select “Join Meeting”. Type in the Meeting ID and click “Join”. The meeting ID is the 10-digit number in the link.
For mobile phone users:
Download the Zoom app to your device. Click on the meeting link. Enter your name and select “Join Meeting”.
